Shravan Kumar Goorah, former lecturer in the former Computer Science and Engineering department of the Faculty of Engineering at University of Mauritius, shares his analysis of the consultation paper issued by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority on the proposal to control social networks. The Computer Science and Engineering department was once a department in the Faculty of Engineering. The Computer Science and Engineering department no longer exists and has been transformed into a new Faculty as the Faculty of Information, Communication and Digital Technologies.
